Answerbase automatically answers customer product questions when you've already provided answers through your product descriptions, specifications, Q&A content, or (as desired) verified customer answers. Answerbase also publishes relevant product Q&A content on landing pages (similar to Amazon's product Q&A) optimized for search which attracts customers asking similar product questions through Google and other search engines.
For new inquiries, Answerbase recognizes when Gorgias chat is available and gives users the option to chat to get their answer if that is their preferred channel of communication.
